HR Toolbox is owned and run by Andrew Weir. A HR consultant with over 20 years’ experience and skilled in employment law, employee relations and people management.
Andrew is passionate about helping small businesses to succeed. He believes they are much more vulnerable to people risk & claims than larger businesses, yet their success is vital if the UK economy is to recover and grow. Andrew explains “I’ve observed the challenges small businesses experience when trying to access the support they need. Small businesses tell me they don’t want to use call centres that provide templates to complete, they want a personalised and fully supported approach to resolving HR challenges and supporting their people.”
HR Toolbox helps to protect small businesses. We do this by giving you a dedicated, trusted HR Consultant who understands your business, enabling delivery of truly personalised HR advice and support.
How We Work
HR Toolbox provides a 1:1 HR service. Andrew will get to know you, your business and your people. You’ll receive advice relevant to your business needs.
Nothing is off the shelf at HR Toolbox; we write the people documents you are going to need for you. We give you the HR tools you need to support your people and protect your business.
Andrew says “A personalised approach helps us address the root cause of any problems you are experiencing, which saves you time and money.”
HR Toolbox is completely flexible. You can access support as and when you need it and pay for it as you go, or you can pay a monthly retainer fee for no longer than 12 months at a time with no automatic renewal. The choice is yours.
